Why are all senior leaders in agencies white?

Why are they white and male?
OR
Why are they white and female?

Why have they all worked together for years.
In the IPA Census for 2019 less than 5% of agency c-suite were BAME (over 50% of that 5% were privately educated)
Why are the stats the way they are in london based companies when 40% of London is BAME for want of a better term?
How can current leadership deny this? How did many of them get their jobs? Will they admit it?
Why do we say we care about diversity yet we fund startups led by white CEO of an ex-holding group agency op co who when he joined was responsible for the biddable teams turnover jumping by 50%. This same person now has been funded to start a recruitment biz focused on digital talent (yes this is laughable)

Your Lesson/s : I thought jobs were about competence and experience? Does Gareth Southgate select players based on how they look for england? Or whose child they were?

How did you move forward?: We can’t move forward until the leadership changes and looks totally different (based on experience not based on looks, class, surnames or nepotism and patronage)
